DMCC - JLT LAKE BOREWELLS & FASCIA PANEL REPLACEMENT

The project scope primarily consists of two (2) parts:

• Part I – JLT Lake Water Top Up

• Part II – Lake Facia Panel Replacement

Part I – JLT Lake Water Top Up

            DMCC intend to use ground water to top up the Lake water levels by having borewells with submersible pumps to pump ground water to mitigate the lake water evaporation rates as the Lake Water levels in the JLT development have been depleting due to evaporation and the Lakes do not have a source to make up the evaporation losses. A total of three (3) nos. borewells will be drilled to serve the Lakes along with the associated electrical cable connection to the Electrical Room &small length of pipeline connecting it to existing drain line which finally is going to lake.

Part II – Lake Facia Panel Replacement

            1. The existing lake wall fascia panel had eroded and needs replacement.

2.The Facia panel is of dimension 500 mm (W) x 1,080 mm (H) x 60 mm thickness and is to be installed along the periphery of Lake A, Lake B & Lake D
